Ingredienser:
2 dl TINE Kremfløte
2 ss sterk kaffe , gjerne espresso
150 g mørk sjokolade
1 egg
65 g (1/2 beger) TINE Kremost Naturell
Pynt:
1 dl vispet TINE Kremfløte
1 dl jordbær eller andre bær
Fremgangsmåte:
Visp fløten og smak til med kaffe. Smelt sjokoladen i vannbad.
Visp egget og tilsett kremosten, visp godt.
Tilsett sjokoladen under kraftig røring. Vend tilslutt i pisket krem.
Hell i porsjonsglass og la det stå kjølig ca. 1 time.
Pynt med vispet krem og for eksempel jordbær.
